my healthy smoothie bowl recipe


Base:
Blueberry smoothie (frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, one date)
Or yogurt (Activia plain sugar free)

Toppings:
Blueberries
Banana
Mango
Black chia seeds
Hemp hearts
Natural creamy peanut butter

Top off with honey and enjoy. Natural, healthy, nutritious and taste amazing. You can always switch the fruits for others like berries, papayas or anything else that you like.
